Also, there could be malfunction of the system, due to negligence on the users part or some unforeseen complications relating to infrastructure or instrument.

Our Service team, is headed by one of our Directors, and is manned by experienced Service Managers, Assistant Managers, Supervisors and Technicians/Operators. The team is constantly trained, with frequent supplementation to their knowledge base; keeping them up to date with the transitions in the sector.
